About the Ensemble The Elizabethtown Children’s Choir consists of two age-level choirs: Blue (grades 1–3) and Gray (grades 4–7). There is no audition for either choir. Both ensembles meet and rehearse in Zug Hall and focus on increasing music literacy in the choral area as well as continuing to help the children develop choral tone. Rehearsals will include vocal warm-ups, movement to music, singing (of course!!) and learning to play hand-instruments.

Important Dates
August 22: Registration Begins
September 8: First Rehearsal
October 6: No Rehearsal (FALL BREAK)
December 6 at 10am: Recital Performance in Zug Recital Hall

Mission of the Elizabethtown Children’s Choir
To provide the children of the greater Elizabethtown area with an outlet for choral music–making under the leadership and guidance of professional and pre-professional instructors provided by the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Elizabethtown College.
